Overview
Choices are presented to clients both in the itinerary and during the booking flow.
Clients can select their preferred options, which determines the final structure of the trip and its total price.
In the itinerary
Choices are visible directly within the itinerary.
- Options are shown as selectable alternatives
- Clients can view the details of each option
- The selected option determines what is included in that part of the trip
In the booking flow
Choices are presented as part of a step-by-step booking experience.
- Each choice is shown as a separate step
- Clients select one option per choice
- After selecting an option, they proceed to the next step
After selection
Once a client has selected their options:
- The chosen options are applied to the itinerary
- Only the selected items are included
- The total price is updated accordingly
Price summary
After completing the booking:
- Clients can view their selected options in the price summary
- The total reflects all selected choices
Viewing selections as an agent
Agents can view the selected choices:
- In the Responses tab
- In the booking details
This provides a clear overview of what the client has selected.
Tip
Use clear titles and descriptions for each option so clients can easily compare and make decisions during the booking flow.
