Understanding the preview layout

Overview

The preview layout allows you to see and edit your itinerary as it will appear to clients.

It combines a structured editing view with a live preview, so you can build and refine your itinerary in context.

Layout structure

The screen is divided into two main areas:

  • The schedule on the left
  • The preview on the right

You can:

  • Manage and organize your itinerary in the schedule
  • See all changes reflected instantly in the preview

Preview modes

You can switch between different preview modes:

  • Desktop
  • Mobile
  • Print (PDF export)

Each mode shows how the itinerary will appear in that format.

Fullscreen mode

You can expand the preview to fullscreen for a more focused editing experience.

This is useful when reviewing layouts or making visual adjustments.

Refreshing the preview

If needed, you can refresh the preview to ensure it reflects the latest state.

Contextual actions

When hovering over content in the preview, a contextual action bar appears.

The available actions are:

  1. Edit
Opens the contextual properties for the selected itinerary item
  2. Focus
Highlights and scrolls to the item in the schedule view on the left
  3. Delete
Removes the item from the itinerary

These actions allow you to quickly manage items directly from the preview.

Result

You can build, review, and refine your itinerary in a single view, with full control over both structure and presentation.

Tip

Use different preview modes to verify how your itinerary looks across devices and in print before sharing it with clients.
