    🧭 What you’ll do

    In this guide, you’ll:

    • Create a new trip
    • Add basic trip details

    1. Create a new trip

    1. Go to Trips in the main menu
    2. Click New Trip
    3. Enter a trip name (e.g. Luxury Island Escape)
    4. Select or create a client/contact
    5. Click Create

    At the top of the trip:

    • Add travel dates
    • Set a destination

    1. Click Add Day

    • 📝 Custom item

    Fill in the details for each item.

    • Drag items to reorder them
    • Move items between days

    6. Preview the client experience

    Click Preview to see how your trip will look to your client.

    • Full itinerary layout
    • Media (images/videos)
    • Structured day-by-day flow

    7. (Optional) Add pricing

    To make your trip bookable:

    1. Add a price breakdown
    2. Include optional add-ons
    3. Configure totals

    8. Publish your trip

    When you’re ready:

    1. Click Publish
